If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Service, this will notify the user by publishing them on the pages of the portal itself. The processing of personal data means the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, dissemination, cancellation, distribution, interconnection and anything else useful for the execution of the Service, including the combination of two or more such operations.
