Historical note of the building in which it is located (Wikipedia source)

"Villa Marignoli" is a historic building in Rome, located on the corner of Via Po (numbers 2-4) and Corso d'Italia (number 35), in the Quartiere III Pinciano. Today under the protection of the Superintendence of Monuments of Rome and Lazio, the building, properly a villa, is considered, together with Villa Pacelli, one of the buildings that best represent the influences of Art Nouveau in Giulio Magni, the well-known architect who designed the work in 1907. It is located in Rome, near Villa Borghese, one of the largest public parks in Rome. Characterized by an artistic language clearly inspired by medieval Nordic construction, the Villa, near Piazza Fiume in Rome, was designed by the architect Giulio Magni, one of the most interesting artistic figures of the early 20th century. Born in Velletri on 1 November 1859 and great-grandson of Giuseppe Valadier, Magni "... was among the first to question the conventions of current language, acquired in the years between the end of temporal power and the building crisis, among the first to demonstrate the precariousness of a meditative but useless isolation". Magni was the creator of great architectural works of the time: the Ministry of the Navy (1911), the public housing in Testaccio (1903 – 1914), the Peace Palace in The Hague, and other villas such as Almaja' (1910) and Villa Pacelli in Via Aurelia.
