Masseria Contrada San Pietro Canali, Francavilla Fontana Ancient farm that draws its origins in 1772, a few kilometers from the sea. In 2008 the current owners started an accurate and important renovation so that today the structure is proposed to the visitor with its dry forms and its clean lines. Completely fenced by fortified walls, the garden, the citrus grove, the courtyard with the spring well, the oven complex for baking bread and the barbecue respecting its original setting and philosophy. The farm has another 35,000 square meters of fenced land on which there are 150 almond trees, 200 fruit trees, 800 olive trees and wood with oaks, poplars, eucalyptus, carobs, conifers and Mediterranean plants. The whole thing acts as an ornament of a water mirror where they live and reproduce geese and ducks of various species. Recently built is also the house for the custodian with adjoining an ancient spring well. All the property is served by artesian well with reserve system (cysterna da 5000 lt) and water purification. A 1000 lt underground tank allows gas supply gpl. The heating system is prepared for the choice of heating areas, which are fed in turn by thermo-camino and/or thermo-cucina and/or gas boiler.
