Mansarda nuova, 52 mq, Finale Ligure A few steps from Finalborgo, two-room new mansardato: living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
Some details about the context:
Finalborgo, one of the “Beautiful Villages of Italy”, is a jewel just a few steps from the sea that enchantes with its atmosphere of past times. The name comes from Burgum Finarii, land border (ad fines) in the times of the Romans and administrative center of the Marquisate of the Del Carretto between the XIV and the XVI century. Closed between medieval walls still well preserved, interspersed with semicircular towers and interrupted only in correspondence of the doors, the Borgo di Finale (so called to distinguish it from the Marina) immediately gives the visitor a feeling of protection and recollection. The ancient defensive and community concept survives in the lattice of the streets, arranged perpendicularly among them to form fascinating glimpses in contained spaces. In the narrow alleyways, each square is a conquest and a surprise, able to exhibit wonders in the "stone of the Final", the aarden that adorns doors, is modeled in columns, diamonds, ornaments.

The Old Town of Finalborgo, the ancient Burgum Fiunarii, for several centuries the capital of the Marchesato and the administrative center of Finale, is located in a strategic position on the alluvial plain to the confluence of the Pora and Aquila torrents.

The origin of the village has always been traced back to the end of the 12th century, at the time of the Marquis Enrico il Guercio, but recent important archaeological discoveries seem to reverse its foundation of a few centuries.
With the walls of the city (destroyed in 1448 and rebuilt in 1452), the different "ports": Porta Reale (of 1702 next to which it is possible to observe a large coat of arms in relief of the Del Carretto), Porta Romana, Porta Testa (of 1452) and Porta Mezzaluna (more in the upper direction of Castel San Giovanni), the semicircular towers that interrupted at times the walls (the most beautiful fortresses is visible on the south side), The fifteenth-century and Renaissance buildings, modified in the period of Spanish domination, embellish the urban fabric.

Palazzo del Municipio, originally from the Ricci family is one of the best examples of early Renaissance architecture in Liguria;
Palazzo Cavassola (which hosted Pius VII, illustrates the decorative conceptions of the 17th century Final) and Palazzo Gallesio in via Gallesio;
Palazzo Brunengo in Piazza Aicardi is characterized by the double arched loggia (Loggia del Ramondo) and the large family coat of arms now little visible;
Palazzo del Tribunale in the square of the same name (already home of the Del Carretto, then of the Spanish and Genoese governors, of the Tribunal of the Circondario, finally of the Pretura), already denounces in the facade the complex transformations suffered in various epochs;
Palazzo Messea and Palazzo Arnaldi (splendido example of facade in style 019 695 230
